- Put on the user’s walking shoes.
- Have the user stand naturally upright as much as possible.
- Have their arms fall to the sides naturally with a normal relaxed bend at the elbow. (Please see Image for correct posture.)
- Using a tape measure or yard stick, measure the distance from their wrist joint (bottom crease at the wrist) (A) down to the ground. (B) Round up to the nearest half inch. (**For accurate length a second person must read the measurement to prevent the users wrist from moving)

Perfect daily use cane!
The cane is great! But I wish I had paid the extra $ to get the full leather wrap. Fifteen minutes after opening the box, I dinged the shaft accidentally. Ugh - but everything else about the cane is wonderful. Highly recommend!

I have older versions and this one is better as it is a bit taller. It has certainly improved my ability to be mobile and it is stylish, too.

Very pretty. As my first time ordering canes, I had no idea about length. 37" didn't sound too long. Next time I will take advantage of the free sizing. Currently waiting for my husband to size it so I can start using this pretty one.
