- Put on the user’s walking shoes.
- Have the user stand naturally upright as much as possible.
- Have their arms fall to the sides naturally with a normal relaxed bend at the elbow. (Please see Image for correct posture.)
- Using a tape measure or yard stick, measure the distance from their wrist joint (bottom crease at the wrist) (A) down to the ground. (B) Round up to the nearest half inch. (**For accurate length a second person must read the measurement to prevent the users wrist from moving)

The cane is beautiful and I love it, my only issue is that it is 1 inch longer than I ordered. Since I m 85 and somewhat forgetful, I believe I ordered it to be 33 inches and it is 34..Not a real problem as my son can cut it off for me, however I was trying to avoid this which is why I had you cut it, also does the tip come off, I sure cant unscrew it, maybe you can advise me on this....
