The service was outstanding; very quick and efficient and nicely packaged. This model is ideal for the “hook” on the grip as it hangs on chair backs, shopping cards and other places. Its finish is satin and it fits the hand comfortably. I may order another!

Looking at the picture, I was a little concerned that the handle and the shaft weren’t going to match (in fact my husband even commented on “the two tone one”🤔); but I was happy to find it all the same color!
I appreciate the prompt service. I asked the cane to be cut to 35 in and it was unfortunately that was the wrong size. I reorder it in the proper size.
