- Put on the user’s walking shoes.
- Have the user stand naturally upright as much as possible.
- Have their arms fall to the sides naturally with a normal relaxed bend at the elbow. (Please see Image for correct posture.)
- Using a tape measure or yard stick, measure the distance from their wrist joint (bottom crease at the wrist) (A) down to the ground. (B) Round up to the nearest half inch. (**For accurate length a second person must read the measurement to prevent the users wrist from moving)

Love my new cane
Only have had the cane for 2 days and have received many compliments on color and design. I really like the risotto twist and this is my 4th color.
These canes are strong and durable. My first cane is 6 years old and still going strong. The different colors go with my various outfits.
Keep these tips twist canes on your line up. I'll be bs j for more.

Second Time Is Still A Charm
Beautiful rope design. I purchased a cane similar to this one a couple of years ago. This one is a different color. You would not believe the number of compliments that I got on my older one and the number that I am getting on my new one.
