I have arthritis in my hands and fingers. I was not using my canes because the handles caused too much pain in my finger.I also have arthritis in my feet and spine so I need the cane for stability. The palm grip takes the pressure off of my fingers. And because my weight is shifted onto my palm, I am able to reduce pressure on my low back when I walk. I am able to use this cane when I need to which should prevent falls!
