- Put on the user’s walking shoes.
- Have the user stand naturally upright as much as possible.
- Have their arms fall to the sides naturally with a normal relaxed bend at the elbow. (Please see Image for correct posture.)
- Using a tape measure or yard stick, measure the distance from their wrist joint (bottom crease at the wrist) (A) down to the ground. (B) Round up to the nearest half inch. (**For accurate length a second person must read the measurement to prevent the users wrist from moving)

The lady I got it for loves it. Only thing I went to adjust it and gold button disappeared. I called Donna at customer service and she was extremely helpful. She clearly explained to me what to do,to retrieve the gold button back in position. Success!! Thank you Donna.

I am a painter, illustrator,stone sculptor. I love the flowers,the colours but I detest the colour of red for the handle which is not he same as the background of the flowers.I am certain the designer of the cane would agree with me.
