- Put on the user’s walking shoes.
- Have the user stand naturally upright as much as possible.
- Have their arms fall to the sides naturally with a normal relaxed bend at the elbow. (Please see Image for correct posture.)
- Using a tape measure or yard stick, measure the distance from their wrist joint (bottom crease at the wrist) (A) down to the ground. (B) Round up to the nearest half inch. (**For accurate length a second person must read the measurement to prevent the users wrist from moving)

Takes a little practice to balance on this - but - I like having the confidence to go places where I might have to wait in a line or where there may not be a lot of places to sit if I need to. It is also light and easy to carry. I keep it in the car and even take it into the grocery store (absolutely no place to sit down and I used to end up leaning over the cart.)

the product was exactly as described, and was good value. I am using this product to make life easier when i am standing for long periods ( Several hours) whilst fishing waiting for the tide to turn. Using this style of seating leaves your arms free to use a long handled net without obstructions.
