- Put on the user’s walking shoes.
- Have the user stand naturally upright as much as possible.
- Have their arms fall to the sides naturally with a normal relaxed bend at the elbow. (Please see Image for correct posture.)
- Using a tape measure or yard stick, measure the distance from their wrist joint (bottom crease at the wrist) (A) down to the ground. (B) Round up to the nearest half inch. (**For accurate length a second person must read the measurement to prevent the users wrist from moving)

Really like this cane, it's better than a five. People who do not give this cane a five are just cherry pickers. they are the kind of people that if you gave them a $100. 00 dollar bill, they would turn it down because the corner of the bill was folded.

Very pleased with this cane. It has an attractive pattern and is very lightweight. Also, it is adjustable in the bottom section, not the top, which is a necessity for a short person.
