- Put on the user’s walking shoes.
- Have the user stand naturally upright as much as possible.
- Have their arms fall to the sides naturally with a normal relaxed bend at the elbow. (Please see Image for correct posture.)
- Using a tape measure or yard stick, measure the distance from their wrist joint (bottom crease at the wrist) (A) down to the ground. (B) Round up to the nearest half inch. (**For accurate length a second person must read the measurement to prevent the users wrist from moving)

This item is very attractive but came in poor condition. One stone was not in the handle and there was glue over the top of the stones and handle. I have purchased several other canes in the past and they were perfect. This cane is not perfected for sale.

I LOVE THIS CANE, BUT I DROPPED IT AND LOST SOME RHINESTONES. WISH I COULD FIND MORE TO REPLACE THEM.

So pretty, and yet I feel very secure using it. One thing -- the handle is somewhat smaller than other tourist handle canes I have. It works fine for me, but if you have large hands you may have a problem with it.
