Items with engraving can't be returned.
Does your order have another cane or accessory without engraving that you'd like to return? Please email us at csfc@fashionablecanes.com with your order number and the item you'd like to return, and we'll set it up for you. Orders that include engraving can't be returned through our online portal.

How to start a return
- Enter your order number and ZIP code in our returns portal.
- Choose a refund or store credit.
- Pack everything in one box long enough that the cane isn't bent.
- Tape the label's edges, keeping tape off the barcode.
- Drop it off within 10 days. We process returns within 5 business days of receiving them.
Return deadlines
- Standard: 30 days.
- Holiday orders: Placed November 11 to December 25? Return through January 31.
- Damaged or missing items: Tell us within 7 days of delivery.
What we can't accept
- Engraved items (email us to return other items from the same order)
- Scratch & Dent items (final sale)
- Used or damaged canes: dropped, scratched, dented, or nicked
Items must be unused, resellable, and in original packaging. Non-returnable items sent back won't be refunded.
Good to know
- Refunds: Go to your original payment method only.
- One label per order: Send everything in one box.
- Cane stands: Return at your own cost.
- Gifts: Recipients get store credit, or we refund the purchaser.
Warranty
Items are covered for 6 months against manufacturer defects. Drops and scratches aren't covered. See our warranty page for details.
