    Like My Cane

Started using a cane in April 2013. Had no idea a cane would turn out to be so helpful. I have osteoarthritis in both knees and my lumbar spine that flare up. When the flare-ups happen, I use my cane. Since I don't know when the flare-ups will come, I carry my cane everywhere.
