- Put on the user’s walking shoes.
- Have the user stand naturally upright as much as possible.
- Have their arms fall to the sides naturally with a normal relaxed bend at the elbow. (Please see Image for correct posture.)
- Using a tape measure or yard stick, measure the distance from their wrist joint (bottom crease at the wrist) (A) down to the ground. (B) Round up to the nearest half inch. (**For accurate length a second person must read the measurement to prevent the users wrist from moving)

I love how lightweight this cane is. I bring it along when I go on vacations, when I will be doing a lot of sightseeing/walking/climbing stairs. I am better able to keep up with tours, etc., thanks to this cane, yet it is so lightweight I can easily carry it, my camera gear, and my travel bag with me. (the optional strap makes this easier.)

I like the way the cane looks but
the paint chips way too easy! Because it's
so lightweight (which is good) it won't stay
up when leaned against anything and it falls..
Rubber on the handle would be nice and it does
seem to chip there the most....It needs an extra coating of clear paint!

I have MS and need the cane to assist with balance when I am not able to use my walker, which is more appropriate for longer distances. The style of handle is GREAT! I am able to lean the clasped handle against a wall giving me balance and avoid having to actually put my hand against the wall. No fingerprints! This cane IS like any other for storage with the exception of when I have it on my walke
