Fast and Free Shipping
Available for online orders over $75.
Orders less than $75 have a flat fee of $8.95.
1. Select the Shipping Method on the checkout page.
2. Orders must be placed before 2:30pm EST, Monday–Friday.
PLEASE NOTE: Only available in the contiguous USA. Free shipping does not apply to PO or APO boxes. Quad Canes, Cane Stands, Walkers, Rollators, or related orders are not eligible.

Shipping times do not apply during the two weeks prior to Christmas (no refunds for delays).

Shipping Protection Insurance
Shipping Protection covers lost, damaged, or stolen packages during transit and expedites resolution.

Refunds & Returns
Return to Sender (US): Returned packages incur a $10.95 fee. Only item costs are refunded.
Shipping Refunds: Do not apply to non-expedited shipments (UPS Ground, USPS Priority) or delays caused by weather or transportation disruptions.
