Free shipping is available on online orders over $75.

- Place your order by 2:30 PM Eastern, Monday through Friday, and it ships the same day.
Where free shipping applies
- Shipping addresses in the contiguous United States.
- Not available for PO boxes or APO addresses.
- Quad canes, cane stands, walkers, rollators, and related orders are not eligible.

US shipping options
All shipping times are in business days (Monday through Friday). Saturday delivery is available by request. Please contact Customer Service for rates.
Holiday shipping information
Delivery times can run longer around holidays. During the two weeks before Christmas, carrier delivery times aren't guaranteed and shipping isn't refunded for holiday delays. See our holiday shipping deadlines to make sure your order arrives in time.
International shipping
Yes, we ship outside the United States. Enter your shipping address at checkout to see the shipping options and rates available for your country.
Duties and taxes
Import duties, taxes, and customs fees depend on the country you're shipping to.
- Duties paid at checkout: for many countries, you can choose to pay duties and taxes up front when you place your order, so there's nothing more to pay when your package arrives.
- Duties paid on delivery: if that option isn't offered for your country, any duties, taxes, and customs fees are collected by the carrier or your local customs office when the package arrives. These charges are the customer's responsibility.

- Customs processing can add time to delivery, and delays at customs are outside our control.
- Please include a phone number at checkout. Carriers often need it to clear customs or arrange delivery.
- Free shipping applies only within the contiguous United States.
- Sword canes can't be shipped to Canada, Australia, or the United Kingdom.

Shipping fine print
- Returned to sender (US): packages returned to us as undeliverable have a $10.95 fee, and only the cost of the items is refunded.
- Shipping refunds don't apply to standard shipments (UPS Ground and USPS Priority Mail) or to delays caused by weather or carrier disruptions.
