Shipping Protection Insurance

Shipping Protection covers lost, damaged, or stolen packages during transit and expedites resolution.

What is covered:

• Lost in transit: Investigation and possible replacement or refund.
• Damaged in transit: Replacement parts or full replacement.
• Stolen during transit: Covered if in carrier possession.

What is not covered:

• Stolen after delivery: Not covered if delivery is confirmed.

Important notes:

• Claims are processed within 14 days.
• Some claims may not be approved.
• Insurance fee is 1.5% of the purchase total.

Return to Sender Orders (US)

Returned packages incur a $10.95 fee. Only item costs are refunded (excluding shipping and insurance), minus this fee.
