- All items are covered for 6 Months after delivery date against manufacturer defects
- Damaged or defective items must be inspected by us before or replacement is provided
- Buyer can send item back to us at the buyer’s expense – If the issue is a manufacturer defect a $10.95 shipping credit will be issued.
- Buyer can email pictures of defect/damage to customerservice@fashionableCanes.com
- Once inspected, if the issue is determined to be a manufacturer defect, the buyer would receive a replacement of the item originally purchased. If the original item is out of stock you would receive STORE credit for the original amount of the item not including any shipping that would have been paid on original order.
- Replacement item must be the same item or one of equal or lesser value
- Dropped or broken items are not covered under this warranty. Any item received that has visible damage from being dropped will not be issued a refund
- scratches, dents and chips are NOT covered under warranty. We recommend a Cane Wrist Strap or a Cane Holder to keep your cane from falling.
