I recently purchased a cane and it turned out amazing! It didn’t take long to come at all which worked out perfectly for an event I’m bringing it to. Everything looks exactly as it does on the website. I appreciate how they included a height guide on the website, the height of my cane turned out perfect! I love the purple with the bubbles, and the design on the handle is beautiful! My name on the cane also turned out just like it looked in the preview, which I’m very happy about. The glow-in-the-dark feature was something I was unsure about at first, but it works perfectly and is very bright, which I love! I did run into a small issue with an error on the website. I selected the light feature to be added to my cane but received it without the light. Customer service was incredible in resolving this for me! They sent me a whole new cane with the light included this time. I’m extremely satisfied with their quick replies and amazing customer service. I also appreciate how they included a QR code attached to the cane showing a video about how to use the light feature on the cane. There are lots of different brightness modes, all of which are fantastic, and I’m very satisfied with how bright it goes! Overall, I would definitely recommend purchasing from here since the cane is true to the pictures online, is super fashionable and there’s fantastic customer service!

I bought this cane for my wedding, but I don't think I can wait until then to start using it! It's beautiful and sturdy. Cut exactly to my specifications. Fits well in my hand. Heavier than an aluminum cane, but not uncomfortable to use. The light is so pretty on the bubbles, and the glow-in-the-dark tip is a nice addition. The light is a bit difficult to turn on and off since it requires removing the cane tip to operate, but the battery life is good enough that I don't feel the need to frequently change settings. Love this cane, and I can't wait to buy another one!
