I'm disappointed that the tip I ordered doesn't fit the cane I ordered. I wish someone would have contacted me before completing the order and told me I ordered the wrong size. I have never purchased a cane before and it would have been helpful to have been told dimensions or been given tips on what is compatable to the cane I ordered. I wasted money on a tip I'll never use.
