I would rate this 5 stars had I received my entire order. I was very disappointed that I did NOT receive the extra base that I ordered. The cane is beautiful but useless without the 4 sided base that my mom requires for safety. Send that to me and then I will adjust my review. I have been trying to call (I can never get through) and email to contact your company but I have not heard back. Please Please Please send the part my mom needs in order to use this beautiful cane!
