I just recently had to start using a cane. I hate the way canes look and wished for something that appeared as if it could be part of my look. I have found just that with this cane. The ball is definitely more white than cream as described which I find to be a very good thing. The swirl is more of a zig zag that runs like an arch over the ball. It is very sturdy for supporting me and the ball is extremely comfortable in my hand. Only con is that it dings up pretty easy, the ball and the cane itself. I would highly recommend this cane.
