Why we love it
Wenge is a very distinctive looking wood. Wenge wood's heartwood is dark brown, almost black with fine pencil-thin, light tan to blackish brown stripes. This wood has a very classy appearance, great for everyday or nighttime attire. It takes a special cutting skill to makes these lines more visible know as a 'quarter sawn surface'. The shiny silver collar is a simple accent that helps give this cane its distinguished character. The surface of this wood has been sanded and finished to resist against cracking, splintering and damage from outdoor elements. The unique style and quality of the Wenge wood makes this cane be in a class of its own.

The cane looks elegant and classy just as I had hoped. The cane was cut to the perfect height and arrived within days packaged very well and protected from damage while in transit. The quality seems very good. I ordered the lower profile rubber tip as well and it was easy to swap out the standard tip with the low profile tip. I previously had a very medical looking offset adjustable height cane but was embarrassed to use it and rarely did even though I needed it. My brother told me I needed to get a cooler cane. He was right as usual. I look forward to using my new, cool, cane. š
