PRODUCT INFORMATION
This cane brings creativity into mind and is really an attractive collectors piece for just about. The handle is stained black with ash wood, while the cane curves into a saw zig zag manner. It is well polished to give the look of a wooden saw. The handmade saw cane is firm and is constructed with precision as if an actual carpenter were to design it. The grooves on the hand cane is curved and blunt to the feel. It is well cleaned and should be kept at places that are moist free. The reverse side of the cane is flat and polished to reduce any form of friction when in contact with rough surfaces.

Great Saw, I mean Cane
As an older carpenter who remembers the time when hand saws were used frequently on a job site or at home instead of the power tools that are used today, this saw hits the nail on the head.
There are only 2 small issue that are preventing me from giving it a full five star rating, the first is that mine came with the handle a little loose, nothing serious but it was loose enough to notice, the issue is that the handle is about 1/16" to thin and the corby bolts would not quite tighten enough because the male section would bottom out in the female part of bolt. My solution was to grind the male part down a little so it would not bottom out, I then added lock tight to the threads to keep them from coming loose, it sounds like a lot of work but it did not take long to do, I was just not expecting to have to do it.
I also noticed that the slot cut for the handle was not perfectly centered so the handle was a little thicker on one side of the slot than the other.
The other negative was that I paid extra for fast FedEx shipping, the cane arrived very quickly but the negative part was paying extra duties that I was not expecting, I thought the duties was included in the price but apparently I was wrong, I can live with having to pay an extra $15.60 for shipping because I like the cane quite a bit, if you are an American buyer of this cane, you won't have to pay an expensive shipping fee.
All in all I am happy that I made this purchase and Fashionable Canes seem like a fantastic…

Really nice looking but a little on heavy side.
The saw cane was really nice looking. It does seem to be nicely made. I purchased it for a family member as a Christmas gift. It is a little on the heavy side though. I had to return it because family member thought it was a little too heavy for him to use everyday. I guess it is more of a conversation piece, especially if your a collector, then it would be a really nice cane to add to someone's collection.

Solely for fun
I got this purely for fun. Something to use when need a little support at Habitat for Humanity home build or restore. It's not adjustable and short for me to use much. When I need the support I use one of my better canes.
