Why we love it
TrekPod II has most of the functionality of the original TrekPod, but has been re-engineered for a cost savings of over 20%. The cost savings were achieved by changing the natural cork grip to a foam polymer grip; changing the natural cork palm rest to an inject molded plastic palm rest of somewhat smaller size, and changing the adjustable "ski pole" style wrist strap to a non-adjustable strap. TrekPod II is a dark anthracite gray. It incorporates the same MagMount quick-release system as the TrekPod.
