Great looking sturdy cane. I ordered a custom size and received, however the rubber tip added 1 inch to the height. Seems that the additional height added by the tip should have been disclosed. Did I miss that disclosure? I ordered from you specifically because you cut to size. Disappointed.

Thanks for reaching out. - Our tips actually do NOT add any length to the cane at all. The tips are created in a way so this will not happen. Either your cane was cut improperly or you may have measured the cane incorrectly. We measure from the lowest point in the top of the handle all the way down to the floor. Like the fact that it is all one wooden piece and not like those metal "adjustable" ones. But we were thinking it was a little thicker in diameter. My husband is a stout man and sometimes he worries that it is too thin to support him. So far, so good!
