The palm grip handle is made out of beautiful white marbled ABS plastic and was originally tailored for users with carpal tunnel or arthritis but quickly became popular among other cane users. The uniquely curved handle is specifically designed to fit into either your right or left hand. The shaft is made of genuine Irish Blackthorn wood. Each cane will have its own unique look due to the natural knotting and color variations throughout.

- Put on your walking shoes.
- Stand naturally upright as much as possible.
- Let your arms fall to your sides naturally with a normal relaxed bend at the elbow.
- Using a tape measure or yard stick, measure the distance from your wrist joint (bottom crease at the wrist) down to the floor. Round up to the nearest half inch.

I love these canes, I have three. The palm grip is the most stable of all the grips to me.
If I'm moving from point A to point B, I have a cane in my right hand.
*I've been using canes as a way of life for 25 years and have never felt more secure. I broke my neck in a bodysurfing accident and have a cervical fusion 5, 6, and 7. Although I'm upright thank God, the deficit is significant.
And in addition, they look great!
